  1. Subject Matter and General Questions
    By contractual agreement with OLEFRUITS, you purchase their products (fruit, shown in the relevant section) at a fixed price, which is also indicated on the website.
    These general conditions of purchase regulate the purchase of the products offered on the olefruits.com website.
    The ownership of the website and other general data are mentioned in the section “Legal information and data protection regulations”, which we recommend you consult before placing an order.
    In order to purchase through the website, the customer must accept the General Conditions without reservation. The purchase procedure will be indicated step by step on the website after selecting the product.
    Official complaint forms are available to customers at the company’s headquarters and any other subject, complaint, question or statement can be communicated by e-mail to info@olefruits.com or by calling the Customer Care department on +34 616 59 85 15.
  2. Contractual Capacity

    OLEFRUITS’ products are intended for end users and for personal and business consumption. When concluding the contract, the customer acknowledges that he is of age and has sufficient legal capacity to be bound by these terms and conditions of purchase.

  3. Information Security and Data Protection.

    The information that you should know about privacy and security can be found in the “LEGAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACY POLICY” section of this website.

    If you register as a user, you may receive passwords that must be used to log in and for which you are solely responsible.

    You are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered and for ensuring that it is your own and not that of third parties.

  4. Shipping and Delivery Conditions.

    We deliver our fruits every Monday and the duration of the delivery depends on the destination, normally it takes around 3 days. Deliveries are made by the carrier chosen for this purpose, during the delivery times usual for these.

    The shipping costs are mentioned in the relevant section of the website, depending on the different possibilities that may arise.

    The delivery time of the orders is between 1 and 5 days, from the date of dispatch of the customer’s order from our premises.

    If a mobile phone number is provided in the order form, the carrier will send you an SMS with the tracking number so that you can track your order and also call the carrier to make enquiries.

    The delivery service depends on the shipping company.

    The order will be considered cancelled (without right to a refund of the amount paid) if one of the following circumstances occurs:

    – If the customer refuses acceptance without giving any reason.

    – If the delivery is not possible after two attempts.

    OLEFRUITS guarantees satisfaction with the quality of the product at all times.

    OLEFRUITS’ products do not undergo any artificial process. The fruit offered ripens naturally on the tree and is delivered directly to the consumer, without intermediate storage or processing.

    The photos of the products that you see on our website do not necessarily correspond exactly to the fruit that will be delivered, as they are only illustrative.

  5. Prices

    The price of each product and the information on taxes and shipping costs will be indicated on the website when the products are purchased.

  6. Withdrawal

    Due to the perishable nature of the products sold by OLEFRUITS, the Customer’s right of withdrawal is excluded.

    OLEFRUITS guarantees the quality of the product ordered. Therefore, if you receive products from OLEFRUITS incorrectly or in poor condition, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail info@olefruits.com or by telephone on (+34) 616 59 85 15.

    In any case, we make it clear that if the product arrives in poor condition, OLEFRUITS undertakes to refund the amount paid for the product or, if desired, to send a new box free of charge, whenever OLEFRUITS is informed through the aforementioned channels, no later than 24 hours after receiving the product from the delivery.

  7. Method of Payment.

    The following methods of payment are accepted:

    – Credit card: You can pay for the products purchased by credit card, through the secure payment platform Redsys with all the encryption systems and data transfer security through the SSL protocol, so the buyer will enjoy the protection of these channels at all times. OLEFRUITS informs you that the Company does not have access to these bank cards and does not store your data. 

    – Paypal: Paying via Paypal gives you the guarantee of safe and easy payment, which this increasingly popular means of payment in our country offers. 

    – Bank transfer. You can make your payment by bank transfer to the bank account at Bank BBVA with IBAN no. ES2801820488890201622957 and BIC: BBVAESMM
