On what day will the deliveries be made?

We harvest and ship our fruit on Mondays. In order for us to be able to organise the harvest properly, you must place your order no later than 8 pm on Friday.

If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, we will not send your box within 1 or 2 days, it will be delivered the following Monday.

Our logistics provider (GLS) will send you an email notification informing you of the day and time zone (2 hour time slot) in which the fruit will be delivered.

What happens if the courier arrives and nobody is at home?

If the courier arrives to deliver the requested fruit and no one is at home, the courier can leave a notification informing you that they have proceeded with the delivery. In this notice you will find the telephone number of head of the delivery company in the area. If this happens, it is normal that if the order cannot be delivered, it is kept for the next day, unless there is a collection point near your home and they leave the parcel there for you to pick up during business hours.

It is also possible that you will be called if the order cannot be delivered to arrange another delivery day. We are happy to solve any problems that may arise with the delivery of the box.

How is the fruit prepared for shipping?

Our fruits are selected and picked from the tree every Monday. Then, without chemical treatment or cold storage, we pack the pieces into 10 kg cardboard boxes, properly protected by hand. Finally, the box is covered so that the fruit does not suffer any damage during transport and is delivered to the transport agency.

Where does the fruit come from?

Our fruit comes from the plantations of our growers in Andalusia. You can learn more about our growers on our website, as they are the most important part of Olefruits. We only supply seasonal organic fruit from Andalusia and from our farmers. If there are no more fruits or the season is over, we do not send fruits until the next season.

Can I ask for a periodic delivery of one or more boxes?

Of course, you can. You can contact us (by telephone on +34 616 59 85 15 or by e-mail at info@olefruits.com) and let us know how often you want these boxes to be delivered. We will take note of this and you will receive the orders on the date you specify.
We recommend that you subscribe and then you will get a discount on the fruit and guarantee your fruit for the whole season.

Shipping

All our fruits are hand-picked from the tree by our farmers, so that we can preserve the taste and the beneficial properties of our fruits. After the harvest within 3-5 days. In this way we guarantee the quality of our products.

The order will be cancelled if:

We have not managed to contact the customer within three working days after the first failed delivery attempt.

When you make a purchase from OLEFRUITS, either through our website, by e-mail or by telephone, you also acquire the right to cancel, modify or replace the product.

You can cancel your order at any time by calling us before FRIDAY at 8 pm.

Deliveries are made by the transport agency designated for this purpose during the normal delivery schedule of the same.

The delivery time for orders is 2-4 days for Germany, France, Austria, UK, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Denmark, Czech Rep. and Poland.

The OLEFRUITS products are not subject to any artificial process. The fruits offered ripen naturally on the tree and are delivered directly to the consumer, without any intermediate treatment or storage procedures.

Guarantee

OLEFRUITS guarantees your satisfaction with the quality of the product at all times. We are so convinced of the quality and freshness of our products that if you are not satisfied, we guarantee you a replacement or refund of the purchase price. (the customer must justify this with a picture of the product in poor condition)
The products are delivered in boxes sealed with stickers bearing the OLEFRUITS logo.

The photographs of the products that you see on our website do not necessarily correspond exactly to the fruit that you will receive, as they are only illustrative.

Can I order a whole box for myself? 

Of course you can order a box for yourself. If you eat our fruit alone, we recommend that you keep some of the fruit in the fridge and then you can eat it all slowly. You can leave half of the box at room temperature and the rest in the fridge. This is especially important with the avocados and mangoes as they all ripen at the same time.

How long can the fruits keep if I get them? 

The mangoes and avocados will keep for about 10 days at room temperature and even longer in the fridge. Oranges and lemons will keep for 2-3 weeks at room temperature and even longer in the fridge.

Can I detect transport damage? 

Should there be any transport damage or delays that have affected the quality, we will send you a new delivery free of charge. You need to send us a picture immediately after receiving the fruit to prove this and we will send another box to you at no cost.

Are the boxes suitable for food? 

The boxes are made from recycled material and are suitable for fruit.

How should I store the fruit? 

We recommend keeping some of the fruit in the fridge and then you can slowly eat it all. This is especially important with the avocados and mangoes as they all ripen at the same time. Keep one part at room temperature and another part of the fruit in the fridge.

With the lemons, you can also freeze the juice, but we recommend eating them fresh, as the vitamins last longer that way. You can also mash the avocados and freeze them. With the mangoes you can make delicious mango jam and eat it for a long time. The most important thing is that you can eat them all!
